We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with amazingly clean and comfortable rooms. The facilities were top-notch, including the pool area which provided plenty of shade and sunshine. The location was excellent, just a short walk to major shopping areas and with easy access to transportation. The staff was super friendly and provided quick service whenever needed. The breakfast was also amazing, with a variety of options to choose from.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the amazing view of the Petronas towers from our room in the west wing. The location was perfect, with the train station, Petronas twin tower, KLCC, KL tower. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the monorail and underground, making it convenient to explore the city. Suria KLCC and Petronas Towers were within walking distance, as well as Hard Rock Cafe, KL Towers, and Quill City Mall. The hotel facilities were great, especially the large and clean swimming pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly the concierge team. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes to choose from, making it a superb start to the day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making sure we felt welcome and attended to. The hotel facilities were great, with a big swimming pool and a nice sports bar that stayed open till late. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the subway and with easy access to the monorail. We also enjoyed the complimentary fruits at the pool and the daily provision of toothbrushes and nice-smelling bath gel and shampoo.
