I had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, with a spotless room and fresh linens. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the warm whirlpool and kids activity room. The location was ideal, just steps away from Suria KLCC Shopping Mall and the beautiful KLCC park. The hotel also had convenient access to public transportation, making it easy to explore this city. I was particularly impressed with the staff, especially the young trainee EL who showed remarkable professionalism and care. The front office staff, Sean and Rahim, were also incredibly polite and amicable.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff was not only polite but also extremely efficient, making my experience truly memorable. Access to the Club Lounge was a fantastic perk, and I have to give a special shout-out to Zahir, Zatun, and Nizam, who went above and beyond to make my stay extra special. The location of the hotel was excellent, with the beautiful park and iconic towers just seconds away. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spacious swimming pool and the poolside restaurant offering stunning views of the skyline. I also appreciated the in-room check-in and separate check-out in the Club Lounge, providing extra convenience. Lastly, the breakfast provided in the restaurant was outstanding, especially when paired with a lovely view of the garden and sunlight streaming through the glass roof.

We had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious with a stunning view and a huge, comfortable bed. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was extremely helpful and provided maps, information, and even smaller money notes. The location was excellent, with walkways to shopping centers, bars, and restaurants, as well as easy access to transportation.

I recently stayed at a hotel in this city and it was all superb. The cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, and transportation were excellent. The hotel was super close to KLCC, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff provided excellent customer service, always with a big smile and helpful attitude. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and the staff ensured a speedy and organized flow. the hotel provided a great ambiance and value for a staycation.
It was all superb.
